401(k) Participant Loses Class Bid In Revenue Sharing Row

Law360 (September 14, 2018, 8:04 PM EDT) — A Colorado federal judge denied a bid for class certification in a suit brought by a participant in a 401(k) retirement plan that Great-West Life & Annuity Insurance Co. provides services for over revenue sharing payments.
