Director of Regenerative Living Gary Hironaka has been involved in caregiving on a personal level as well as professionally for over 25 years.
The major concerns that he’s seen of our seniors and their families have been health, independence and safety.¬†
“There are many great companies that provide excellent services to help resolve each of these concerns, however, these services are usually independent of each other,” said Hironaka.¬†
The inspiration to create Regenerative Living came as a collective effort from families in need, professionals in the senior services field and community interaction to create a service to meet the needs of all three concerns as a whole rather than as separate parts.
“Just as the body, mind, and heart need to work together so does the services needed to support that,” explained Hironaka.
Regenerative Living also provides home safety assessments where they observe the home environment for hazards and clutter that can cause a senior to easily trip and fall.
All of this information can be provided to the client and their family members so they can be more proactive in fall prevention.
In addition to the home environment, they also offer seniors a proper strengthening exercise program with certified personal trainers.
The goal of these exercises is to improve their balance and increase their strength to reduce their risk for falls.
Regenerative Living’s priority is the improvement of our elderly generation’s quality of life and creating ways that can help them to keep their independence for as long as possible.
Operating a small business has many challenges, and it was important for Regenerative Living to find an insurance agent who they could trust and rely on.
Tracy Wong at Insurance Solutions was who they turned to for their insurance needs and she played a vital part in supporting Regenerative Living during some very challenging times.
‚ÄúTracy and Insurance Solutions have always maintained that same great service and has gone the extra mile in helping us work though those difficult growing pain phases,‚ÄĚ said Hironaka.
‚ÄúWhen I think back to those times and even now I am always baffled as to why Tracy would continue to provide service to us. That just shows me exactly the kid of character and integrity Tracy and Insurance Solutions has.‚ÄĚ
